On April 25th, the Red Hat Society celebrated 10 years in existence. April 23rd a majority of Ottawa and surrounding area Chapters joined together, 350 ladies strong in red and purple, at the Villa Lucia restaurant to enjoy a lunch/afternoon of entertainment.
